Check readiness
Review the application, ACORD data and supporting evidence. Missing information stays visible.
Commercial placement. Your team in control.
Give your commercial team one thread from application to issued policy. Placement Desk prepares the package, tracks every market, organizes replies and lines up the quotes for your people to decide.
One application. Three independent market conversations.
Recipients, documents and wording stay visible. A changed draft needs a fresh approval.

Readiness
The application and documents are reviewed for missing information. The package needs a current loss run before it can be ready.
| Term | Market A | Market C |
|---|---|---|
| Premium | $12,800 | $13,600 |
| Liability limit | $1 million | $2 million |
| Deductible | $2,500 | $5,000 |
| Conditions | 2 to review | 1 to review |
Demonstration only. No messages are sent or records changed.
Control built into the work
The system assumes AI can be uncertain. It shows gaps, routes ambiguous replies to people and confirms what actually happened.
A changed recipient, draft or relevant record state makes the old approval stale.
“Done” means the underlying action is confirmed. Uncertain outcomes are checked before retrying.
Preparation, changes, decisions, delivery, failures and recovery remain attached to the record.
No carrier or client email goes out without approval. Binding, quote acceptance, policy activation, certificate actions and payment decisions require authorized confirmation.

Each pilot needs hands-on workflow mapping, configuration and a measured baseline. We are limiting this design-partner round to three agencies so we can work closely with each team.
Your agency system stays the official record. Placement Desk coordinates the work alongside it and your email. We assess connections against your actual system access and permissions.
The foundation runs in a live North American commercial brokerage: separate tracking for each market, diary-based follow-up preparation, structured quote review and accepted-quote-to-issued-policy checking. Your agency gets a configured deployment, measured against its own baseline.
